The SpectraShield Liner System is marketed and
installed through a network of licensed applicators.

Each applicator operates equipment built by CCI Spectrum for the sole purpose of installing the liner system. Applicators are provided “hands on” training both in a classroom environment and “in the field” to become certified applicators.

Each licensed applicator maintains (and reports to CCI Spectrum) a record of all structures lined and keeps both a written record of repairs as well as a digital photo sequence of all work performed on each structure. Quality audits and re-certification occur at least annually on all licensed applicators to maintain integrity of performance throughout the licensing network.
